Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as the order has not been shipped.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return after delivery.

Package Interception

If a cancellation request is received before shipment, we will make reasonable efforts to stop the order.

If the package has already been shipped and cannot be intercepted, the customer may return the item after delivery.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all products must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused

The item must be in original packaging

The item must be undamaged

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping responsibility is determined based on the reason for return:

If the return is due to seller responsibility (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Tan Mujiang will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer responsibility (such as ordering mistake, personal preference, or no longer needed), the customer is responsible for returning the product.

Refund Amount Rules

Refunds are processed according to the following rules:

1. Seller Responsibility

If the return is caused by a product defect, damage, or incorrect shipment:

The customer will receive a 100% full refund

Return shipping cost will be covered by Tan Mujiang

2. Customer Responsibility – Product Returned

If the customer returns the product at their own shipping cost:

The customer will receive a 100% refund of the product price only.

Any original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

No handling or restocking fee will be charged.

3. Customer Responsibility – Product Returned (Return Shipping Not Paid)

If the return is due to customer responsibility and the customer returns the product without paying the return shipping cost:

A USD $20 order processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount

The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer

Important Notes

• Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• Refunds can only be issued after the returned item has been received or the return status has been confirmed.
