1. Shipping Policy

We do not offer free shipping on all orders.

Shipping fees depend on product type, shipping origin, and destination country, and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Products shipped from U.S. local warehouses usually qualify for free shipping within the United States, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Some products are shipped directly from China, from the following locations:

• Chongqing Wanzhou, China

1.3 Shipping Time

U.S. local shipping: 7–12 business days

For products shipped from China:

• Handling Time: 3–5 business days

• Shipping Time: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, and local carrier operations.

2. Taxes & Duties

Not all products are tax-inclusive.

• Some products include taxes, while others do not
• Applicable taxes and duties depend on:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

3.1 Seller Responsibility

If the return is due to customer reasons (including but not limited to change of mind or incorrect purchase):

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable

• If the customer pays the return shipping cost, the product price will be refunded in full (excluding the original shipping fee)

If the return is due to customer reasons and the customer returns the product without paying the return shipping cost:

• The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable

• A USD $20 order processing fee will be deducted

• The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method

3.2 Customer Responsibility – Product Returned with Paid Shipping

If the return is due to customer reasons (such as change of mind or incorrect order), and the customer returns the product at their own expense:

• The full order amount (100%) will be refunded(not including the shipping fee)
• No additional handling or processing fees will be charged

3.3 Customer Responsibility – Product Returned Without Paid Shipping

If the return is due to customer reasons, and the customer returns the product without paying the return shipping fee:

• A USD $20 order processing fee will be deducted from the refund
• The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method

3.4 Refund Processing Time

• Refunds will be processed within 30 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
