African Teak

African Teak belongs to the Fabaceae (Legume) family. Mature trees can reach 45 meters, with a DBH up to 1.5m. It is a tree commonly found in West and Central Africa and is one of Africa's high-quality logs. The timber value of African Teak is very high due to its high strength and durability, and the wood has a luster. In color, African Teak sapwood is light; heartwood is yellowish-brown to dark brown, with dark streaks. This combination of light wood color and dark grain perfectly creates a naturally expansive and magnificent beauty.
