La profondeur du violet entrelacée à l'intensité du rouge, comme un verre de vin de raisin de qualité, enivre quiconque.
Camwood is a large tree about 20 meters tall, growing in the primary forests of tropical rainforest climates in Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, etc. It belongs to the Fabaceae (Papilionoideae) family. The wood is heavy, hard, and of high strength. Camwood sapwood is nearly yellowish-white. Heartwood is bright orange-red or scarlet when freshly sawn; after prolonged exposure to air, it gradually turns deep purplish-black from the outside inward. Its material is dense, lustrous, and uniquely beautiful in color, making it one of the raw materials often chosen for high-end, precious wood products.
