Natürliche Eleganz strahlt durch, würdevoll und edel, wahrlich eine Dame unter den Hölzern.
Cocobolo is one of the eight categories of rosewood in the Chinese national standard. [It belongs to the Fabaceae (Legume) family]{.mark} and is classified as rosewood, mainly produced in Central America. Height is about 13m-18m, DBH up to 0.5m. Its wood is relatively hard and fine-grained. When freshly planed, it emits a strong pungent odor. The heartwood is a bright orange-yellow. Due to its high oil content, the surface oxidizes quickly into a vivid reddish-brown, and the wood develops naturally graceful and varied deep black streaks, resembling flowing clouds, mountain ranges, or ghost faces, possessing unique charm. Wood products made from Cocobolo become increasingly lustrous over time with use.
